Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided
YR Dance & Events offers a range of services, including but not limited to:

Event planning & coordination

Choreography for weddings, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens, and other events

DJ & entertainment (Hora Loca)

Makeup & hair services

Catering coordination

Dress, tuxedo, and limousine rental coordination

All services are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a signed agreement and deposit.

2. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any date or service.

Full payment is due no later than [X] days prior to your event unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted forms of payment include: [e.g., Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Credit Card].

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event may receive a partial refund, minus the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for missed rehearsals, last-minute changes, or no-shows.

4. Changes to Services
Any requested changes (e.g., venue, date, participants) must be submitted in writing and approved by YR Dance & Events.

We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we are not obligated to accept late modifications that may impact service delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate event information and timelines

Ensure all participants arrive on time for scheduled practices or services

Provide a safe, clean, and respectful environment for our team and performers

Inform us in advance of any special needs or venue requirements

6. Liability
YR Dance & Events is not liable for:

Injuries sustained during dance rehearsals or events

Delays or disruptions caused by weather, acts of God, or vendor issues outside our control

Property damage or personal losses during events or on-site services

Clients agree to hold YR Dance & Events and its staff harmless from any claims arising from the event or services rendered.

7. Media Release
Unless otherwise requested in writing, YR Dance & Events may use photos or video footage from your event for promotional purposes on our website and social media.

8. Intellectual Property
All choreography, designs, and creative work produced by YR Dance & Events remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients may not reproduce or sell our content without written permission.

9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time in the case of:

Verbal abuse or unsafe conduct toward our team

Breach of contract or unpaid services

Inappropriate or unlawful behavior at events

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts. Any legal disputes will be resolved in a court located in Essex County, MA.
